Return & Refund Policy

At Wall Grain, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories.

Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Wall Grain will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
